I have visited LifeStance Health's family of behavioral health brands, located in Building 930, Alicia Rd Road, Lakeland City, and I can say that it has been a mixed experience. While the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I have had some issues with the billing and scheduling process. The staff has been very helpful in resolving these issues, but it has taken some time and effort.The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the therapists are all highly qualified and experienced. However, I have found the online portal to be a bit clunky and difficult to use at times.Overall, I would say that the quality of care at LifeStance Health is very good, but the pricing can be a bit steep for some people. I have been fortunate enough to have good insurance coverage, but I know that not everyone is as fortunate.One issue I have had is with the scheduling process. It can take some time to get an appointment with a therapist, and sometimes the online portal doesn't seem to work properly. However, the staff is always helpful and willing to work with me to get me scheduled for an appointment.In terms of innovativeness, I think LifeStance Health is doing a great job of using technology to make therapy more accessible and convenient.
