This business location is a beautiful condominium complex situated in a very picturesque area of Sarasota City. It offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool and outdoor space, which is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The location is also wheelchair accessible, with both parking and entrance facilities catering to people with mobility issues. The community is well-maintained and has a lovely atmosphere, as described by clients who have appreciated the warmth and friendliness of the place.
However, it's worth noting that some clients have found the prices to be a bit high, especially for those on a fixed income. This might be a concern for some potential buyers or renters. On the other hand, the location's proximity to the ocean and other nearby attractions makes it a desirable choice for many.
Overall, this business location seems to offer a great balance of quality, affordability, and innovativeness. With its beautiful surroundings, modern amenities, and welcoming community, it's an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.
