Dr. Liani Aquino Robles, MD is one of the best doctors, taking the time to analyze documents and discuss health concerns. She shows compassion and is very knowledgeable. However, there is one major concern that affects the overall experience. A client was misdiagnosed with MRSA, when in fact they had a different condition. This mistake was not rectified, and the client is now taking action to file a medical malpractice suit. This incident raises questions about the quality of care and the attention to detail at this medical center. The staff's kindness and knowledgeability cannot make up for this serious issue. Despite the issue, the center has wheelchair accessible parking, entrance, and restroom, making it convenient for those with mobility issues. The payment options include debit and credit cards, and appointments are recommended but not required. The working hours are standard, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Overall, the experience is good, but this major issue needs to be addressed to restore trust and confidence in the medical center.
