I visited Meritage Homes' new home community in Brooksville City and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The energy-efficient homes in the Craycroft Elementary School District were a major draw for me, and I appreciated the emphasis on sustainability. The community has wheelchair-accessible parking, which is a great feature for visitors with mobility issues. The move-in ready homes available in the community were a bonus, as I was able to get into my new place quickly. However, I noticed that the community doesn't have many amenities, which might be a drawback for some people. Overall, I was impressed with the community's quality and the homes themselves. The pricing was very competitive, which was a major plus. However, I think the community could benefit from more innovative features and amenities to set it apart from other developments in the area.
