The staff here is truly professional and courteous. You can feel that they genuinely care about their work and want to make sure you leave satisfied with your experience. Everyone from the service advisor to the technicians seems to be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they do, which makes a big difference in the quality of service you receive. I've had some issues with the prices being a bit higher than expected, but overall I think the value for the services you receive is worth it. They have a nice waiting area with comfortable seating and amenities like coffee and snacks. The loaner car service is a great touch, and they make sure to keep you informed about the status of your vehicle and any issues that come up. My service advisor, MJ, was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. He even offered to wash my car and make sure everything was spotless when I picked it up. The only area for improvement I would suggest is to address the lack of transparency around some of the services they recommend. I felt like they tried to upsell me on a few things that weren't strictly necessary, which was a bit frustrating. However, overall I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for top-notch service and quality work. One issue that stood out to me was the long wait time. I had to wait over two hours for my service to be completed, which was a bit frustrating. However, the staff was apologetic and offered to provide me with a loaner car to use while I waited, which was a nice touch. In general, I would say that the quality of service is high, but the wait times can be a bit long at times.
