This location is an apartment complex that offers various amenities, including a swimming pool and fitness center. However, some residents have reported issues with the management and maintenance team. For example, one reviewer mentioned that the maintenance team tries to do repairs but often lacks the knowledge or tools to accomplish them. Another reviewer reported that the management team is unprofessional and unresponsive to requests. Some residents have praised the complex's location and amenities, saying that it is quiet and has a nice atmosphere. However, others have complained about the cleanliness of the hallways and common areas, saying that they are dirty and poorly maintained. It's worth noting that some reviewers have reported issues with the management team's communication and responsiveness, saying that they are not willing to work with residents to resolve issues. However, others have praised the management team for being friendly and helpful. One issue that stands out is the lack of reliability in the management team's response to resident concerns. Some reviewers have reported that the management team has failed to address their concerns, while others have praised their responsiveness.Overall, this location seems to be a decent place to live, but it has its drawbacks. The quality of the complex and its amenities is average, and the pricing seems to be a bit steep for what you get. However, the innovativeness of the complex is something that could be improved upon.
