Some customers reported being helped by knowledgeable and friendly staff, including Nimuae, Aaron, and Heather. However, others encountered issues with customer service, such as a rude store manager, and one case of refusing to honor a warranty. Some customers had issues with their shopping experience, such as finding limited items in stock and one customer waiting for the store to open but having to leave and shop at a competitor. The store's hours of operation and pricing are not mentioned in the review. It appears that this location has a positive overall experience, but there were some isolated incidents of poor customer service and disappointing experiences with shopping.
