The business is a construction company specializing in roof repair and roofing services. They have a dedicated team, including Jim, who is very helpful and professional. However, there have been some concerns raised by a client about the quality of work. Despite initial promises of a quick fix, the client reported that the roof continued to leak in the same spot, leading to suspicion that the work may not have been done correctly. The client also felt that Jim was not willing to take responsibility for the issue and was not responsive to requests for a new roof quote. Despite this negative experience, the business has a strong reputation, with multiple clients praising their quick and professional service. They have a convenient location and a wide range of services, including roof repair and installation. The business is open six days a week, making it easy for clients to get in touch. However, the issues raised by the client highlight a potential concern with the quality of work. One major issue that stands out is the lack of attention to detail and follow-through on promises made by Jim. The client felt that the work was not done correctly and that Jim was not willing to take responsibility for the issue. This suggests that there may be a problem with the business's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
