This location has a good reputation among customers. The overall rating is high, indicating a high level of satisfaction. The quality of work is also praised, with many customers mentioning that their pools were done professionally and to their liking. Pricing is considered competitive and reasonable, which is a major factor in the high rating. Innovativeness is average, which could indicate that while the company does not do anything particularly groundbreaking, they do a good job of staying up-to-date with industry trends and providing good service.
The company seems to have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, with many customers mentioning that they were kept informed throughout the process and that the staff was friendly and responsive. The company's ability to listen to customers' ideas and bring them to life is also a major strength.
One potential issue is the presence of some negative reviews, which indicate that there may be problems with quality control or communication in certain cases. However, these reviews are relatively rare and do not seem to be a major issue for the company.
Overall, this location appears to be a good choice for customers looking for a high-quality pool installation experience.
