This location has been praised by numerous customers for its excellent customer service, wide selection of frames, and professional staff. Many reviewers have highlighted the exceptional knowledge and expertise of opticians such as Jared, Ria, and Eric, who have helped them find the perfect frames and resolve any issues with their glasses. The staff's friendly and welcoming nature has also been consistently mentioned as a major strength of the store. The store's convenient location and extended working hours are also mentioned as positives. Some reviewers have also praised the store's cleanliness and modern appearance. However, there is one area of improvement that has been consistently mentioned by customers. Several reviewers have reported having issues with follow-up after their appointment or having problems with their glasses being delivered late. This suggests that the store may need to improve its communication and follow-up procedures to ensure that customers receive the service they expect.
