This business location has its strong and weak sides. On one hand, it has wheelchair accessible parking lot, entrance, and passenger loading area, making it convenient for people with disabilities to visit. The presence of Legoland as a co-brand suggests that it is a popular destination for families with children. However, there have been some issues with customer service, as mentioned in a client's feedback.
There were cases when customers felt unsatisfied with the way they were treated. One of the visitors had a bad experience with customer service, who did not inform them about a change in the usage period of a multi-ticket pass. This led to a significant inconvenience for the visitor, who had to pay for parking but was not able to use the pass.
On the other hand, there have been numerous positive reviews about the business location, with many visitors praising its accessibility, amenities, and entertainment options. Visitors have appreciated the park's ability to keep lines relatively short, even during peak seasons.
There are some opportunities for improvement, particularly in terms of customer service. The location seems to have a good overall quality, with a variety of fun activities and rides for children. However, its pricing policy is not clearly stated. The location's innovativeness is notable, with the recent addition of an aquapark and Lazy River.
Overall, this business location has the potential to be a great destination for families and individuals with disabilities, but it needs to work on improving its customer service to match the high standards set by other aspects of its operations.
