The overall experience at Legacy Encore apartments is mediocre. The quality of the building and amenities is subpar, with many residents complaining about issues with maintenance, cleanliness, and safety. The pricing is a major concern, with some residents feeling that they are overpaying for the services they receive.Despite the mixed reviews, some residents have praised the staff and maintenance team for being friendly and responsive. However, the consistency of this level of service seems to be a major issue, with many residents feeling that they are often left to deal with issues on their own.One major concern is the frequency of issues with the fire alarm system, which has been a problem for many residents. Additionally, the Wi-Fi has been unreliable, and some residents have reported issues with internet outages lasting for days.On a positive note, the location of the apartment complex is a major perk, with many residents praising the proximity to downtown Tampa and its amenities. However, the construction and noise pollution in the area have been a major issue for some residents.Overall, while Legacy Encore apartments have their strengths, the numerous complaints and issues with the building and services make it difficult to recommend this complex to potential renters.Note: The reviews mentioned in the prompt are not exhaustive, and it is possible that there may be additional reviews that have not been included in this response.
