This location offers high-quality auto detailing services with a professional touch. The staff, particularly James and Kayla, are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every vehicle looks its best. The work is thorough, and the attention to detail is impressive. The prices are competitive and reasonable, considering the high level of quality delivered. While not the most innovative in terms of techniques, the shop's use of ceramic coatings is a notable feature that sets it apart from others in the industry.
The facility is easily accessible by car, with a large parking lot and a wheelchair-accessible entrance. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are also welcome. The team is skilled in a range of services, including interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating. They use high-quality products and equipment to ensure that every vehicle is treated with the care and attention it deserves.
One notable aspect of Legacy Auto Detailing is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Many clients have praised the shop for its excellent customer service, with some going so far as to say that the staff's professionalism and kindness are unmatched. The team's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction are major strengths of the shop.
One minor issue to note is that the shop's hours of operation are standard, with no evening or weekend hours. While this is not a significant drawback, it may be inconvenient for those with non-traditional work schedules or who prefer to schedule appointments outside of regular business hours.
Overall, Legacy Auto Detailing is a top-notch shop that delivers exceptional results and provides excellent customer service. While not the most innovative, the shop's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction makes it a standout in the industry.
