4.4

The experience at this nail salon can be described as generally positive, despite some notable issues. The highest rating among the scores goes to the pricing, with a score of 5.0, indicating that customers feel that the salon offers fair prices for the services provided. However, the quality of the services received is somewhat inconsistent, with an average score of 3.5. This may be due to the fact that some customers have experienced subpar services, including broken nails, uneven filing, and visible bubbles in the finish. On the other hand, many customers have praised the innovation of the salon's services, with a score of 4.5, suggesting that the salon is willing to try new things and offer unique experiences for its customers. Overall, the salon seems to have a loyal customer base, but it may need to work on consistency to improve its reputation. It is worth noting that one of the main issues with this salon is that one of the employees appeared to be unprofessional, as one customer mentioned that the technician immediately asked her to pay after she pointed out the bubbles in her manicure.
