The office is very well-organized and efficient, which makes it easy to feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and answer any questions. The overall atmosphere is very calming, which is essential for a great dental experience. Dr. Wheeler is very gentle and takes the time to explain everything, making sure you feel informed and at ease. She has a great team working with her, and everyone is very professional and caring. Some things could be improved, as there were a few issues with scheduling, but it seems like they're working to resolve this. The office could also benefit from a bit more transparency regarding costs and payment options. However, overall, the quality of care and the friendly staff make up for any minor issues.
