Le'Puppy Palace is a great place to find your new furry friend, with a wide selection of puppies and a team that truly cares about their animals. The store is spotless and well-organized, making it a pleasure to browse. However, some clients have expressed concerns about the grooming services, citing issues with communication and timing. On the other hand, many customers have raved about the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the affordable prices. One major issue that has been reported is the lack of control over the dogs in the store, with some clients mentioning that the dogs are allowed to roam freely and even interact with customers in a way that makes them feel uncomfortable.
