This location provides excellent pet grooming services, as indicated by the majority of positive reviews. The staff is friendly and professional, with many reviewers mentioning that their pets feel comfortable and relaxed during the grooming process. The location offers a variety of services, including nail trimming, ear cleaning, and full-service grooming, and many reviewers have mentioned that their pets look and smell great after visiting. One issue to be aware of is that some reviewers have mentioned that the staff can be inconsistent, with some reviewers experiencing issues with their pets being over-groomed or under-groomed. Additionally, some reviewers have mentioned that the location can be quite busy, which may lead to longer wait times.Despite these issues, the majority of reviewers have been very satisfied with the services provided and would highly recommend this location to others. The prices are also generally considered to be reasonable, with many reviewers mentioning that they feel they get good value for their money. It's worth noting that the owner, Chris, has responded to some of the negative reviews in a defensive manner, which may be a concern for some pet owners. However, the majority of reviews suggest that the staff is friendly and professional, and that the location provides excellent pet grooming services.
