Lawns Plus in Sarasota City offers a wide range of services, including lawn and landscape maintenance, lawn mowing, and landscape design. They seem to have a strong focus on quality, with many clients praising the exceptional care they receive from their staff, particularly Steve, the owner. The company's commitment to reliability is also notable, with multiple clients mentioning that they can trust Lawns Plus to take care of their lawns, even when they are away. It's clear that the team at Lawns Plus values customer satisfaction and goes above and beyond to deliver top-notch service. In terms of pricing, Lawns Plus appears to be very competitive, with clients mentioning that they offer great value for their services. However, some might argue that their prices are on the higher side, which is reflected in the lower innovativeness score, possibly indicating that the company could explore new ideas or services to stay ahead of the competition. One potential area for improvement is the lack of availability on weekends, which may not be ideal for clients who need lawn care services on Saturdays.Overall, Lawns Plus is a reliable and high-quality lawn care service that delivers exceptional results and excellent customer service. However, their limited availability and potential pricing concerns may deter some clients from choosing them.
