Lawngevity is a well-established company in Sarasota City, providing a range of services including lawn care, landscape design, and lawn pest control. Their team of technicians, led by experienced professionals like Johnathon and Brett, have received overwhelmingly positive reviews from clients. They are known for their reliability, punctuality, and excellent customer service. One of the standout features of Lawngevity is their commitment to using high-quality products and techniques to ensure their clients' lawns receive the best possible care. Many clients have praised their lawn technicians for being knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to answer any questions or concerns they may have. However, there have been some issues with responsiveness and quality control. A few clients have reported experiencing problems with weed control, with some even accusing the company of being indifferent to their concerns. One client mentioned that their lawn was overrun with weeds despite repeated service calls.Despite these issues, Lawngevity's pricing is generally considered to be very competitive, with many clients praising their fair and reasonable rates. They also offer a range of services, including irrigation system repair and maintenance, which can be beneficial for clients with complex lawn care needs.Overall, Lawngevity is a solid choice for clients looking for a reliable and knowledgeable lawn care company. However, potential clients should be aware of the potential for issues with responsiveness and quality control. The major issue that stands out in this review is the lack of accountability and responsiveness from the company, particularly when it comes to addressing client concerns. This has led to some negative reviews and a perception that the company is not willing to own up to its mistakes.
