LansingNOW is a well-rounded business location that meets the needs of various customers. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasure to do business with them. They have a great selection of building supplies, including windows, pool cage materials, and siding, all of which are of high quality. The team is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions and explain options, ensuring customers get exactly what they need for their projects. Customer service is exceptional, with a strong focus on support and satisfaction. The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot available for customers. The on-site parking makes it convenient for customers to drop off and pick up their supplies. Payment options are also flexible, with debit cards and credit cards accepted. One potential issue is that the location's working hours are a bit restrictive, with a limited operating schedule that may not accommodate all customers' needs. For instance, the location is closed on weekends, which may cause inconvenience for customers who need to make purchases or pick up supplies during this time. However, the staff is quick to respond and can assist with any queries or issues, making up for the limited working hours. Overall, LansingNOW is a reliable and customer-centric business location that offers a wide range of high-quality building supplies. While there are some limitations to the operating schedule, the exceptional customer service and flexible payment options make it a worthwhile destination for customers in the area.
