The location offers a variety of amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, business center, and dog park. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, with some reviewers praising specific employees such as Ari, Gabby, and Gio. The community is generally well-maintained, and the apartments are clean and spacious. However, some reviewers have reported issues with thin walls, noisy neighbors, and limited visitor parking. The property management company seems to be proactive in addressing these issues, but some reviewers feel that communication could be improved. The location is convenient for shopping and amenities, but some reviewers have reported safety concerns, including a shooting incident. Overall, the location has a mixed reputation, with some reviewers praising its amenities and staff, while others report issues with noise, parking, and safety.
