This medical service center is located in a convenient spot and has friendly staff. However, some issues were raised by one of the clients, who felt that the office was trying to take advantage of them by making a comment that the client's insurance wouldn't cover the cost of surgery, when in fact it would. Thankfully, the client did some follow-up and confirmed with their insurance that they would cover 80% of the cost. Despite this incident, the center seems to have high-quality care, as seen in multiple 5-star reviews from clients who were very happy with their bone grafts and implants done by Dr. Edwards. His professionalism and skill are clearly valued by his patients. However, the center's pricing may be a concern for some clients, as one client felt they were being overcharged. The client didn't pay out of pocket, and it is unclear if the issue was just a miscommunication or something more. Despite the issues, the center has a good reputation and is recommended by multiple clients.
