Land O' Lakes Animal Hospital is a reliable veterinary clinic that provides quality care for pets. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making pets and their owners feel at ease during visits. However, some clients have reported issues with communication and empathy, particularly during emergency situations. One client felt that the doctor was heartless and only cared about making money. On the other hand, many clients have praised the hospital's caring and compassionate staff, who take the time to explain medical issues and provide personalized care. The clinic's prices are generally reasonable, but some clients have reported being overcharged for services or having unnecessary procedures added to their bills. Overall, the clinic has mixed reviews, with some clients experiencing excellent care and others feeling taken advantage of. It's essential for potential clients to research and read reviews before making a decision.
