This location appears to be a reliable spot for medical services, especially when it comes to pricing, which is set very high, it's worth the cost, as people would say. However, the quality of the services provided seems to be lacking, there are numerous complaints about long wait times and rude staff, which makes the overall experience unpleasant. The office is wheelchair accessible, which is a definite plus, but there's no callback system in place, which can be frustrating for patients. Despite these issues, Doctor Lance Cohen is known for being excellent and thorough in his work. Unfortunately, the excellent doctor is often let down by the rest of the team. It seems like the office staff could improve their customer service skills, as they come across as uncaring and rude to those waiting to be seen.
