The location is easily accessible with a wheelchair-friendly parking lot, entrance, and restroom. It's a convenient spot for bus riders, with a passenger loading area. The facility is wheelchair-accessible, making it welcoming to all visitors. However, the parking lot could be better maintained, with some areas being rough and uneven.
Overall, the experience at this bus station is pleasant, with friendly and dedicated staff. They seem to genuinely care about the passengers and go out of their way to help. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus.
Unfortunately, the building itself could use some modernization. The facilities seem a bit outdated, which takes away from the overall experience. The location's partnership with the Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center is a great asset, but it's not clearly communicated to visitors.
Despite some minor issues, this bus station is a great option for those in the Lakeland City area. The prices are reasonable, and the service is top-notch.
