Lakeland Mattress Direct is a shopping location that offers a wide range of furniture and mattresses at discounted prices. The store is easily accessible and has a wheelchair-friendly entrance and parking lot, making it convenient for customers with disabilities. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to understand customers' needs and preferences. The store's prices are competitive, with a wide range of discounts available, including 50-80% off retail store prices. The store also offers flexible payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. Delivery options are also available, including same-day delivery and curbside pickup. The store has received numerous positive reviews from customers, who praise the staff's friendly and accommodating service. Customers also appreciate the store's ability to offer a wide range of high-quality mattresses at affordable prices. The store's small business status is also a major plus, as customers are eager to support local businesses. One of the issues that could be improved is the limited hours of operation, with the store only open from 11am to 4pm Monday through Saturday, and 11am to 4pm on Sunday. This may not be convenient for customers who have work or other commitments during these hours.
