This bus station in Lakeland City offers decent services. The quality of their services leaves much to be desired, as passengers often experience delays and inefficiencies. However, the prices are very competitive, making it a great option for those on a budget. One notable feature is the wheelchair accessibility, which includes a parking lot and entrance, as well as a passenger loading area. The location is also easily accessible from Lakeland Hills Blvd. and El Paseo. The co-brands with these well-known areas adds to its convenience. The biggest drawback is the inconsistent quality of service, which can vary greatly depending on the time of day and staff availability. To improve, the station could focus on standardizing their procedures and hiring more staff to manage the high volume of passengers.
