This bus station in Lakeland City has a decent overall rating, but some aspects are a letdown. The quality of service leaves something to be desired, making it just an average experience. The prices are very competitive, however, making it an attractive option for travelers. The innovation and uniqueness of the station are lacking, but the convenient location on Lakeland Hills Blvd. & Columbus Cir. is a plus. One major issue is the lack of investment in modernizing the facilities, making it seem old and worn out. The passenger loading area is a welcome feature, but it's not enough to compensate for the station's overall shortcomings. Despite these issues, it remains a viable option for those in need of a bus station.
