The quality of the apartments and amenities is high, with a rating of 4.5 out of 5. However, the pricing is slightly lower, with a rating of 4.3 out of 5. The innovativeness of the complex is also good, with a rating of 4.2 out of 5. One major issue that has been reported by some residents is the noise from neighboring apartments.
