Many customers have praised the company's excellent quality of work, with several mentioning that their technicians were skilled and efficient in resolving various issues with garage doors, including adjustments, repairs, and replacements. The company has also received high marks for its innovativeness, with customers appreciating the use of modern systems and technology in their work. The company's customer service is also highly regarded, with several customers mentioning that the dispatchers and technicians were friendly, helpful, and understanding. Many customers have also praised the company's pricing, stating that it was fair and reasonable for the quality of work received. However, some customers have mentioned that the company's quality control could be improved, as some of them experienced issues with their garage doors shortly after the work was completed. Despite this, the company has generally received high praise for its work, and many customers have recommended it to others. Some issues were noticed by customers, as mentioned in reviews: clients have reported that some garage doors stopped working shortly after the service was provided, thus requiring repeated service calls from the company. For instance, in some cases, garage doors would not work until after re-adjustments by technicians. Despite the quality of the service received, some of the clients are uncertain about the service, finding themselves in a position where their garage door needs to be re-adjusted once again, which could be seen as an excessive return to service.
