Lakeland Escape Room is a great place to visit with friends or family. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with Emily and Liam G being particularly excellent game masters. The rooms are well-designed and challenging, with a good balance of puzzles and interactive elements. However, some rooms can be a bit difficult to navigate, and the clues can be poorly written or misleading. It's also worth noting that the facility can get hot during the summer months. Overall, the experience is worth the money, but be prepared for some frustration and potential issues.
