This bus station in Lakeland City has a number of both good and bad features. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for people with mobility issues. However, the reliability of the bus service is a major concern, with several customers reporting that the buses do not run on schedule.
There have been instances of harassment by security officers, which is unacceptable.
The amenities, including the restroom, are wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. The staff and drivers are friendly and try their best, despite the overall poor conditions.
