This community development district is a beautiful place to live, with a lovely lake and great amenities. The neighborhood is welcoming and LGBTQ+ friendly, which is a big plus. The facilities are well-maintained and wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to enjoy. The pool and other amenities are a great perk for residents. The community is very well-run, with helpful staff like Mark, who is always available to assist. However, there can be some drama and tension within the community, which can be frustrating for some residents. It's worth noting that there are actually two separate locations for the community, which can be confusing for visitors. Overall, this is a great place to call home, with a lot to offer.
