This location is a great example of a well-organized community service. The office is wheelchair accessible, with easy parking, entrance, and restrooms, making it a comfortable place to visit. The staff seems to be very professional and hardworking, based on feedback from local business owners. They are appreciated for their dedication to keeping the chain of lakes clean and beautiful. The staff is praised for their exceptional management of the water flow, locks, and for being very accessible. They have been helpful to local business owners, assisting with debris removal and other issues in the canals. The location is easy to find, with a clear address and phone number, and a website that provides more information. The working hours are standard, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, making it a convenient time to visit. One minor issue is that the office is only open from Monday to Friday, which might not be suitable for people with non-standard work schedules.Overall, this location is a great example of community service, with a professional and dedicated staff, making it a valuable asset to the city.
