This location is a great combination of automotive and boat services, along with a convenient parking option. The building is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to get in and out. The parking lot is also wheelchair accessible, providing ample space for vehicles and trailers. The location's proximity to the Lake Parker Boat Ramp makes it an ideal spot for boating enthusiasts. However, one issue is that the launch is occasionally closed, as noted by one of the clients. This could be a significant problem for those who rely on the launch for their boating needs.Despite this, the location is a fantastic place to spend the day, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. There's a playground for kids, tennis courts, shuffleboard, soccer fields, and walking trails. This makes it a great destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts.Overall, the location is well-regarded, with a 5.0-star rating from third-party reviews. The clients' feedback highlights the location's strengths, including its parking, accessibility, and amenities. While the occasional closure of the launch is a concern, this location is still a great choice for those in the area.
