The full-time onsite staff is available to assist residents with any needs they may have, making it an ideal choice for those who want a low-maintenance living experience.
The location is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that can accommodate people with disabilities. The community is also surrounded by a beautiful lake, making it a great place for fishing and boating enthusiasts.
However, some residents have mentioned that the lot rent has been increasing over the years, which may be a concern for those who are on a fixed income. This is the only issue that has been raised by multiple residents, and it's essential to note that this is not a significant problem, but rather a potential concern that should be taken into consideration.
Overall, Lake Padgett Manufactured Home Community is a wonderful place to call home, with its beautiful scenery, peaceful atmosphere, and full-time onsite staff. It's an excellent choice for those who want a low-maintenance living experience and are looking for a charming community to live in.
