This waterfront park offers a great combination of freshwater boating and fishing, plus camping options. It's well-maintained and has a variety of amenities, including a playground, picnic tables, and barbecue grills. The park is also pet-friendly and has a volleyball court. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the park is clean and well-managed. While it may not have any actual manatees, the park's natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere make it a great place to visit. One of the few downsides is the noise from the nearby speedway, which can be a disturbance for some visitors. Overall, it's a great destination for those looking for a relaxing getaway.
