ICI Homes located in a peaceful area, with beautiful surroundings. Working hours seem to be convenient, but might not be suitable for those who prefer early morning appointments. The staff is friendly and responsive, as indicated by the owners' replies to positive reviews. They seem to have a good relationship with their clients. The community, Lake Jovita, is a popular choice, with many happy clients who have lived there for over a decade. It's a great place to consider if you're looking for a new home in Florida. However, some may find the quality of the homes to be slightly below expectations. The pricing seems to be reasonable, with many clients commenting on how great their experience has been. ICI Homes is also innovating and building new homes in the area, which is a positive sign.
