The business has a strong overall presence, with a long list of positive reviews from satisfied customers. The instructors, particularly Alberto Pastrana, are well-regarded for their professionalism and ability to make classes informative and fun. The business is also praised for its responsiveness and quality of service. However, one customer reported a negative experience with a phone representative who hung up on them after providing a price, which suggests that there may be some inconsistency in customer service. Despite this, the business has a strong reputation and is well-established in the community, making it a good option for those looking for education and learning services.
