The laundry facility is located at Building 11024, US Hwy 41 S Street, Gibsonton City, with Kween Kleen Laundromat as its co-brand. It has wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. The facility operates 24/7, 7 days a week. However, clients have reported high prices and a lack of staff on site. Many have expressed concern about the cleanliness of the facility, with one person calling it "dirty" and another saying it's "incredibly filthy." Some have also mentioned broken vending machines and dirty washers.Another issue is the condition of the facility, which one client described as being in an "area populated by scrunched up bellicose over-shielded trailer trash bigots." This, combined with concerns about vagrants and scrapping down plumbing fixtures, may be a deterrent for some customers. While some clients have reported that the facility is not "that dirty," they also mentioned that it's not particularly clean either, and that the washers and dryers could be cleaner.Given these issues, it's not surprising that the overall rating is 2.5. Despite its 24/7 operation and wheelchair-accessible features, the laundry facility falls short in terms of quality and cleanliness.
