This business is a great place for shopping and getting specialized tools and services. The building is wheelchair accessible, and the staff is welcoming. The working hours are convenient, although the Saturday and Sunday hours could be improved. The prices seem reasonable considering the quality of work provided. The co-branding with Kuhn Tool & Die of Sarasota suggests a high level of expertise in the field. One area for improvement is the closing time on Fridays, which is quite early. The majority of customers seem to be satisfied with the service they received, and the testimonials praise the diligent attention to each job and the quick turnaround. The business has been around for a while and has built a reputation for accuracy and reliability. The work they do is quite specialized, and they have received great feedback for creating complex parts, including titanium parts. They are able to accommodate small jobs, which is a testament to their flexibility. The clients appreciate the personalized services and the fair prices. Overall, this is a solid business that seems to be doing many things right, but could benefit from adjusting their Friday closing time.
