Kotakis Towing & Recovery LLC is a trusted provider of professional towing and recovery services in Clearwater, Florida. They operate 24/7, making them available for emergency situations. Their team is committed to customer satisfaction, as evident from their willingness to help even in difficult circumstances. Their towing services are provided with a focus on safety, and they take care to minimize damage to vehicles during the towing process. However, there have been some instances of damage caused by their equipment, which they have not taken full responsibility for.A key issue that has been reported by several customers is the company's inconsistent behavior when it comes to towing vehicles on private property. There have been cases where they have towed vehicles without properly checking if they had a parking pass, leading to unnecessary stress and financial loss for the vehicle owners. In addition to towing services, Kotakis Towing & Recovery LLC also offers roadside assistance, which is a convenient option for those who need help with their vehicles on the go. However, some customers have reported long wait times and unresponsive customer service, which can be frustrating and unhelpful.Overall, while Kotakis Towing & Recovery LLC has some positive qualities, such as their commitment to customer satisfaction and their focus on safety, they also have some significant drawbacks, including inconsistent behavior and poor customer service in some cases.
