This location has a good reputation, with a 4.6 rating from third-party sources. Most guests had a positive experience, praising the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities of the properties. Some mentioned that the houses were well-maintained, with new appliances and fixtures, and that the hosts were responsive and accommodating. Many guests appreciated the proximity to local attractions and amenities. However, not all guests had a smooth experience. One guest reported a cancellation issue due to a dispute with the owner, which may indicate a lack of communication or flexibility on the part of the company. Another guest mentioned a few small issues with the property, including a leaky refrigerator and low water pressure in one of the bathrooms.Overall, Kong Vacation Homes seems to be a reliable and well-organized company, but there may be some room for improvement in terms of communication and customer service. Guests who are willing to look past a few minor issues may find that the company's properties offer a great value for the price.
