This metal construction company is located in Sarasota City, with a specific address listed. The business specializes in manufacturing custom steel garages and shops, touting features like easy assembly, weathertight construction, and flexible interior spaces. The website is user-friendly, and customers can access online estimates and onsite services. The business operates on a standard schedule, with extended hours on weekdays and shorter hours on weekends. Unfortunately, there are concerns about the company's business practices. One of the most significant drawbacks is the issue of deposits. A client was required to pay 50% of the total cost upfront, which is a substantial amount. However, the company's refusal to refund any part of the deposit when the client's plans were no longer feasible is concerning. This suggests that the company may not have clear or transparent policies in place for handling changes or cancellations. On the other hand, the company's pricing is surprisingly high, making them one of the most expensive options in the industry. This may be due to the customized nature of their products, but it's still worth noting. Another drawback is the lack of clear communication about the scope of their services. The company doesn't unload the materials from the semi-truck, leaving the customer to figure out how to do it themselves. This may not be a major issue for everyone, but it's an inconvenience that could be addressed with better communication.Overall, while this company has some positive features, there are significant concerns about their business practices and communication.
