This business offers custom manufactured steel garages and shops with features like easy assembly, weathertight design, and flexible clear-span interiors. They have a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, and provide online estimates for customers. The company is open Monday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm and 6pm on weekdays. They also have a co-brand, Kodiak Steel Buildings, and their website is available for more information. However, a client's experience highlights a major issue. They were asked to put down 50% of the deposit, $12,000, in order to proceed with the permitting process, which turned out to be unnecessary due to new city regulations. When the company denied their permit, they refused to refund any of the money, citing loopholes in the contract. The client feels this is a shady business practice and advises others to stay away.
