The company has a co-branding relationship with Knothole Creations Inc.Some clients have reported issues with professionalism, including a contractor who parked his truck in a way that blocked the road and refused to move it, and another contractor who was unresponsive to clients' needs. However, other clients have had positive experiences, including some who have hired the company for custom cabinetry and were satisfied with the results. One issue that has been raised is the lack of attention to detail and quality control. Some clients have reported receiving products with defects or issues, such as warped panels or poorly installed hardware. This has led to frustration and additional costs for the clients.Overall, Knothole Creations Inc has a mixed reputation, with some clients having positive experiences and others having negative ones. The company's quality and pricing are generally considered to be good, but the lack of attention to detail and professionalism has raised concerns.
