This Kissimmee Notary Public location offers a wide range of services, including notarizations, document translations, and Apostille services. The staff is highly professional, friendly, and accommodating, with many reviewers praising their punctuality and responsiveness. The pricing is considered reasonable, and the services are highly convenient, especially for those who need notarizations at short notice. Many reviewers have praised Fatimah, a notary at this location, for her exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism. She has been described as a "life saver" and has gone above and beyond to assist clients with their notarization needs. However, one reviewer had a negative experience due to an automated call screening feature that caused issues with incoming calls. The business has apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused. The location is open 24/7, making it easily accessible for clients who need notarizations at any time. The mobile notary service is also a significant advantage, allowing clients to schedule appointments at their convenience.Overall, this Kissimmee Notary Public location is highly recommended for its excellent service, convenience, and professionalism. However, the issue with the automated call screening feature is a significant concern that the business needs to address. One potential area for improvement is to resolve the issue with the automated call screening feature to ensure that all clients can reach the business without difficulty. Additionally, while the location is open 24/7, it's worth considering whether this could be extended to provide even more convenience for clients who need notarizations outside of standard business hours.Despite this minor issue, this Kissimmee Notary Public location is an excellent choice for those in need of notarization services.
