I would not recommend this location to others due to several issues. The eye care center is not very reliable when it comes to diagnoses, as I found out the hard way when I went there for a vision check. They made a wrong diagnosis and I even got an eye infection. It's also concerning that they do not properly clean their equipment after use, which is a big no-no in a medical setting. On a more positive note, I have heard from a client that they were able to get glasses for their daughter in just two days, which is impressive. However, this experience was not my own. The biggest issue I have with this location is that they do not respond well to customer concerns. When I left a review expressing my dissatisfaction, the owner tried to brush me off and implied that I may have been at a different office. It's not a good feeling to be dismissed like that. The location has also been known to have problems with their phone lines, with one client reporting that they were put on hold and then hung up on. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when you're trying to reach out for help. The center is also not very accommodating, with another client saying that they act like they don't need customers' money. Overall, I would caution people to be careful when dealing with this location. It's not a trustworthy place to go for your eye care needs.
