This business location appears to be a well-regarded destination for tourists and theme park enthusiasts. The overall score of 4.4 suggests a high level of satisfaction among visitors. The quality score of 4.3 indicates that the services and amenities provided are generally good, but may not be exceptional. The pricing score of 4.8 is excellent, suggesting that the business offers competitive prices for its products and services. The innovativeness score of 4.2 is good, but may not be as high as other businesses in the industry. One issue that stands out from the feedback is the problem of unavailability of the business on weekends. Several visitors have expressed frustration with being unable to contact or visit the business on Saturdays and Sundays. While the business responds that it's working on improving its operational hours and communication, this issue may need to be addressed to provide better service to its customers. The staff, particularly Randi, are consistently praised for their helpfulness, friendliness, and willingness to assist visitors. They are able to provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and offer helpful advice to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for their customers. The business also appears to offer competitive prices and discounts, making it an attractive option for visitors looking to save money on theme park tickets and other attractions.Overall, this business location is a good choice for tourists and theme park enthusiasts, but may need to improve its operational hours and communication to provide better service to its customers.
