I visited this community and government trash removal facility located at Building 2201, Mabbette St Street in Kissimmee City. While it's convenient to have a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, my experience was marred by poor customer service and responsiveness.Unfortunately, there have been reports of terrible customer service, including instances where houses were skipped on purpose. Additionally, some customers experienced issues with trash not being picked up, and even received false promises from managers about trucks passing by their homes.I was also disappointed to find that the facility does not have a clear or consistent schedule for trash pickup, leading to confusion and frustration for residents. It's surprising that with a rating of 2.4, this facility still struggles with basic tasks like trash collection.The only positive feedback I came across was from a long-time resident who praised the facility's service since 1991, but this was an isolated incident. Overall, my experience and the reviews I read suggest that this facility needs significant improvement in its quality of service.Highlight: Inconsistent and unreliable trash pickup services, including skipped houses and false promises from managers.
